Dr. Nahed Fathi Ahmed's practice is committed to protecting the privacy of patients and visitors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data Collected

We collect the following data as part of your medical journey: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, relevant medical information, and clinical photos where applicable. This data is collected with your explicit consent during registration or quote requests.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively for: managing your medical file, communication related to your care journey, sending quotes and medical documents, and post-operative follow-up. It is never used for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

Medical records are retained in accordance with Moroccan legal obligations (minimum 10 years). Unconverted quote request data is deleted after 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR and Law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us by email at contact@nfamedicalcenter.ma or by mail to the office address.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (SSL/TLS), restricted access to medical data, secure authentication, and regular audits of health information access.
